 Are chemicals harmful to plants?

Yes, our cleaning solutions can harm plants however we take preventative measures to ensure the least damage as possible.

Does GID require a deposit?

Yes, at GID, we do require a 50% deposit of the total project cost. This initial deposit serves to demonstrate mutual commitment to successfully completing the job at hand. Your trust in our services is valued, and we are dedicated to delivering exceptional results.

Do we use the property's water supply?

We do require access to your property's water supply to effectively carry out our services. The avg increase on your water bill is $8-12 Alternatively, we can provide our own water for an additional fee of $350 plus $75/ per refill. Rest assured, we have options to accommodate your needs.



 When does this start?

Our services usually commence within 48 hours of receiving the deposit. For residential services, available on Friday to Sunday evenings, and for commercial services, on Monday to Thursday between 12 AM and 4 PM. We strive to accommodate your schedule and deliver prompt, efficient service.



 Do you accept Priority Services?

All our customers are important to us at GID. For urgent matters that require immediate attention, we offer a priority service option for a fee of $250. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities.

At GID Enterprise, we take pride in our 100% satisfaction guarantee. While we have never had an unsatisfied customer, we understand that unique circumstances may arise. In the rare event that you are not completely satisfied, we are committed to reviewing your concerns and finding a reasonable solution. Your peace of mind is our priority.​
